Working with clients is like starting a good book which may include mystery, psychology, business, architecture, marketing, as well as travel. I love the detective work of real estate! The search for that perfect home for a client can take me everywhere from a special spot on Capitol Hill to a manse in Georgetown. With endless possibilities, many years of experience and a thorough knowledge of our market allow me to synthesize the choices and variables into a comprehensive view for you, my client.
Please allow me to offer you my experience, knowledge, and results from selling and managing transactions of every size, as well as working with hundreds of clients and homes throughout metropolitan Washington. I promise it will be a “great read” and a happy ending!

Julie and I really believe the experience in selling the Irving street property was first class. I think you know that I've had a lot of buying and selling experience... You are the best! -Jim Edmunds, January 3
It was a very lucky day for me when a friend introduced me to Yolanda. She is wonderful to work with and really knows the neighborhood. My house went on the market on Friday and we closed offers on Monday. We had a number of good offers and received $40,000 more than we asked for. At the same time, Yolanda found me a fantastic condo and we paid less than the asking price. You can’t beat the service she provides. -Judith Kahn, July 19
