Testimonials

Yolanda, I really appreciated your work as my real estate agent in the sale of my house and purchase of a new house. I was extremely impressed with your marketing skills. You did a data analysis of the market to assist in setting a good price for sale of my house, brought in an expert at your own expense to stage it, giving me two free hours of staging consultation, and you brought in an excellent photographer to photograph the house so every asset could be maximized. Your strategy worked perfectly - my house sold in three days. On the purchase side, you were extremely skilled as well. You took great initiative my sending out letters... -Lisa Ross

As my agent, Yolanda was very instrumental in helping me understand where the market was with the variables that I needed, and to come in with a sound offer for the selected purchase. Her negotiation was extremely deft despite other interest in the property. Further, she had an array of recommendations for various support services; I used the inspector and the title company that she recommended and was very happy with them. Finding the right home is an intimate life choice no matter how many times you make it, and with Yolanda the natural stress of such a transaction is greatly eased! -Virginia B.
